제목 The effect of preparation method of SnO2-based sensors promoted with Fe2O3 and TiO2 on the SO2 sensing properties
초록 We fabricated a SnO2-based thick film gas sensor promoted with Fe2O3 and TiO2 by screen printing method. SnFeTi(P) and SnFeTi(S) materials were prepared by physical mixing and dropping method. The SnFeTi(P) material was fabricated by physical mixing 5wt% Fe2O3 and TiO2 with SnO2. The SnFeTi(S) sensors ware prepared by dropping 0.01M titanium isopropoxide solution on the SnO2-based thick film sensor promoted with 5wt% Fe2O3. The sensor responses and recovery properties were investigated at low concentrations of SO2 at 300oC in a flow system. The sensor responses of SnO2, SnFeTi(P) and SnFeTi(S) sensors were 1.4, 1.5 and 2.7 respectively. In addition, the SnO2-based sensors promoted with Fe2O3 and TiO2 have excellent recovery properties. We will discuss the effects of preparation methods and promoters on the sensing properties of SnO2–based thick film sensors for SO2 gas in detail.
