제목 Investigation on the effect of a biodegradable composite scaffold based a dual PCL-Chitosan microsphere on the acceleration of bone regeneration
초록 In this study, we introduced a dual microsphere-based scaffolds using chitosan and PCL. Through introducing CS MSs into PCL, a dual PCL/CS microspheres were successfully constructed. Biodegradable scaffold was prepared by sintering PCL/CS MSs. The result of this studyconfirmed thatthe scaffoldhad suitable pore sizes and its good interconnection. In addition, we intended to improve the hydrophilicity and biocompatibility of the scaffold, forming the calcium phosphate thin films on the scaffold surface.This films influenced the osteoblast's behaviors.We plan to investigate the stablility and efficacy of the scaffold in vivo using the dual microspheres as a drug carrier.
