제목 Exploring the Degree of Relative Crystalline and Amorphous Properties of Cellulose Nanofibers by Correlated Graphene-Quenching Raman Spectroscopy with Electrostatic Force Microscopy Technique​
초록  We can specifically show the anti-correlation result by obtaining both Electrostatic Force Microscope (EFM) voltage and I(Amorphous)/I(Crystalline) value from the Graphene-Quenching Raman Spectroscopy (GQRS) at the same Cellulose Nanofiber (CNF) samples. From this characterization, We can acquire what kinds of factors are important to fabricating a film with high toughness and transparent properties, which is deservedly preferable with the highest EFM voltage, as well as the lowest I(Amorphous)/I(Crystalline) value from GQRS in terms of the minimum amount of lignin (or hemicellulose), with a relatively lower degree of entanglement of CNFs. With these characterizations and subsequent data analysis, we expect it as one of the most useful nano-metrologies to support and develop the newly applicable CNF-related materials.
