Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have considered in many fields, due to their advantages of low cost, easy process and potential application in flexible large-area. The normal structures of PSCs consist of ITO, HTL, Active layer (polymer blended with PCBM), ETL and metal with low work function. However, well known HTL material PEDOT:PSS with strong acidity is caused destruction into ITO and HTL. In addition, the active layer is also destroyed by PEDOT:PSS. Nowadays, there are many studies in PSCs with inverted structure in order to improve this problem. We also have studied in PSCs with inverted structure and synthesized new water soluble non-conjugated polymer as an EIL material (EIP). It is possible to all soluble process PSCs because EIP is only soluble in water, but insoluble in organic solvents. Therefore active layer could be spin-coated onto EIL, safely. In this presentation, photovoltaic performance of devices with inverted structured compare with normal structured . |
