| 제목 | New Polyindenopyrazine Derivatives Electroluminescent Property for OLEDs |
| 초록 | This report describes characterization and electroluminescent property of Poly (6,6,12,12-Tetrahexyl-2,8-di-thiophen-2-yl-6,12-dihydro-diindeno [1,2-b;1',2'-e]pyrazine) (Poly(m-thio-HPY)), as an emitting material in organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). The device was fabricated with hybrid configuration structure which includes solution process of HIL and EML and vacuum deposition process of ETL and EIL. The devices showed orange color of 530nm. |
