제목 Bio-inspired Tunable Full-Color Block Copolymer PhotonicGels
초록 Self-assembly of block copolymers (BCPs) provides a fascinating approach for creating photonic materials due to their ability to organize into 1D, 2D and 3D periodic microstructures with a long range order. Their periodic dielectric structures allow to modulate the propagation of electromagnetic waves, producing strong structural colors. We demonstrate swelling behaviors of stimuli-responsive BCP photonic lamellar gels, which exhibit tunable reflective colors in response to various external stimuli. We have also observed in-situ swelling behaviors of the photonic lamellar gels through time-dependent measurements of UV/visible spectra.
