제목 | Mass production of defect-free few-layer graphene using multi-electrode system |
초록 | The frequency of use of high power electronic and portable devices is increasing. These devices generate large amounts of heat during operation, which shortens the performance and lifetime of electronic components and affects the function of peripheral components. To solve this problem, much attention has been paid to the development of materials that can effectively transfer heat. Graphene is a representative material with high thermal conductivity. However, mass production of graphene is difficult and remains a challenge. In this study, high-quality graphene was mass produced by electrochemical exfoliation using a multi-electrode system and graphene film was manufactured. The electrochemically exfoliated graphene (EEG) composed of a few layers of graphene sheets, had low oxygen content and high C/O ratio (~16.2). The EEG film has a high thermal conductivity of 1022.8 W mK-1. We believe that it offers a feasible route to highly conductive graphene film for heat management application. |
