Copolymerization of Ethylene oxide and Epibromohydrin using Cationic Ring-Opening Polymerization |
| 초록 |
The well-defined copolymers derived from EBH and EO were synthesized by the CROP with 1,4-butandiol as initiator and BF3 etherate as catalyst system. This polymerization was proceeded by AM mechanism to control molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and high difunctionality. The structure and the composition of synthesized copolymers have been characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of their copolymer have been analyzed by gel-permeation chromatography (GPC). |
