제목 | Heterogeneous oligomerization of ethylene using bifunctional Ni/SIRAL 30 catalyst |
초록 | The oligomerization of ethylene is an important catalytic process for the production of olefins, which are important substances extensively used in the preparation of lubricants, plasticizers, surfactants, and oil chemicals, as well as comonomers for the synthesis of linear low density polyethylene. Ethylene oligomerization can be carried out in the presence of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts We focused on the study of effective catalysts for the oligomerization of ethylene. In our previous study, we demonstrated the superior catalytic activity of Ni/SBA-15 catalyst with SBA-15 support. However, since the synthesis process of SBA-15 support is very complicated, needed long time and high cost of raw materials, it is necessary to replace the support. In this study, the SIRAL 30 support was used instead of SBA-15 support, and the catalyst was synthesized with very simple method, short time and cheap raw material. The Ni/SIRAL 30 catalyst showed similar catalytic activity and stability compared to Ni-AlSBA-15 catalyst. Therefore, it is proved that the SBA-15 support can be replaced with SIRAL 30 support sufficiently. |
