제목 Convenient Aluminize Coating Process using Al-Ti Slurry on S45C Steel
초록    Aluminizing coating process was carried out by the heat treatment on disc and rod shaped S45C steel substrates with Al-Ti mixed slurries composed of various mixed ratios (vol.%) of Al and Ti powder. The resultant aluminized layers mainly contain FeAl compound as the bulk phase. However, the Al content and the thickness in aluminized layer gradually decrease as the Ti proportion in Al-Ti mixed slurries is increased. It has also been shown that the Al-Ti intermetallic compound layer, which formed on the substrate during heat treatment, easily separatesfrom the substrate. In addition, the incorporation of Ti into the substrate surface during heat treatment was not observed.
