제목 Fabrication of well-ordered graphene arrays with controlled length and their field emission properties
초록 We present the new and straightforward method to fabricate the well-ordered graphene arrays for electron field emitters. In general, it is difficult to make graphene with vertical alignment due to its structural 2D nature. Reduced graphene oxide suspension is firstly filtrated using a polymer membrane which has the periodic uniform pores. After etching the membrane chemically, the tubular structured graphene arrays formed along the pores are clearly revealed. Depending on the membrane species, pore diameter, and filtering conditions, the diameter, length, density of the tubular graphenes, and inter-graphene distance are controlled. We show the influence of field emission properties from the graphene arrays with precisely controlled aspect ratio.
