A Metal-Nanowire-Wound Microfiber Mat Battery for Crumbly Super-Flexibility |
초록 |
A crumpled, high-flexible lithium-ion battery is developed by conductive nanowire-wounded micro-fiber substrate. The proposed electrode design can be effectively utilized for superior mechanical durability (1000 folding cycles) with a high areal energy density (~3.2 mAh cm-2) through stacking electrode. Based on the electrodes, we demonstrate a fabrication of lightweight and deformable lithium-ion full-cell batteries with high energy density which can be repeatedly crumpled and folded without structural failure and performance loss. |
