제목 Flow injection analysis for the determination of cyanogen chloride using Konig reaction.
초록 A simple and sensitive flow injection analysis(FIA) has been presented for the quantitative determination of cyanogen chloride(CK gas) using Konig reaction. A light emitting diode(LED) light-source and charge-coupled device(CCD) were used to make FIA device compact and inexpensive. To optimize Konig reaction conditions, the effects of reagents concentration such as pyridine and barbituric acid were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, CK gas concentration was directly related with absorbance change at 567 nm in the range of 5~50 mg/L. The absorbance change of the Konig reagents was clearly detected when CK gas was injected into the reaction chamber as low as 2 mg/L.
