High Performance Green Solvent Processable Polymer Solar Cells with Long-term Stability |
초록 |
Bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (BHJ OSCs) have recently attained a high power conversion efficiency PCE over 11% by careful engineering of the molecular structure of photoactive donors and systematic device optimization. However, most of the high performing PSCs are being processed from chlorinated solvents which are hazardous and cause serious damage to environment and human health. Herein, we report an efficient non-halogenated solvent processable photo active donor P1 with good opto-electroic properties. Furthermore, P1 based green solvent processed BHJ PSCs showed a high PCE over 8% with long term ambient stability. |
