Reduction of aldehyde gases and volatile organic compounds levels from the felt in the vehicle after application of nano carbon ball and activated carbon |
초록 |
Since volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including aldehyde gases are irritate andharmful to human respiratory system, the materials releasing in the vehicle are considered as an air pollutants evoking sick car syndrome. Many effort has been done to reduce VOCs elution from the felt which is non-woven cloth using for damper or shock absorbent in the vehicle. The Felt is generally produced by matting and pressing fibers. In this experiment, nano carbon ball and activated carbon materials are applied into the felt during felt manufacturing process to reduce the VOCs level. HPLC and detector tube method were used to detect them by ppm level. |
