제목 First application of alumina supported heteropoly acid as an efficient racemization catalyst in dynamic kinetic resolution of 1-phenylethanol
초록 Alumina supported heteropoly acids (HPAs) were prepared by wet impregnation and characterized by ICP-AES, BET, FT-IR and XRD. The prepared HPAs/Alumina were first applied to dynamic kinetic resolution of 1-phenylethanol with enzyme. The preparation variables such as HPA type, solvent and heat treatment temp. were influenced on the catalytic activity. After the preparation method was optimized, the catalytic activity of the best HPA/Alumina was investigated by the comparison with H-beta zeolite. We also demonstrated the reaction characteristics of the DKR of 1-phenylethanol through changing the reaction variables such as catalyst/enzyme amount, solvent, temp., kind of acyl donors and substrate concentration. Moreover, HPA/Alumina and enzyme were reused in order to check their stability.
