Graphene is two-dimensional (2D) carbon, which has been known to be appropriate materials for electronics due to its fast electron transport, high chemical stability and strong mechanical strength. In addition, significant applications in biosensors have been continuously reported with the graphene and its related graphene oxide (GO). In this study, we demonstrated reduced graphene oxide (rGO) biosensor structure for cortisol sensing. The current versus voltage (I-V) curve could exhibit resistive switching (RS) characteristic with hysteresis behaviors, which demonstrated the possibility of another sensing mechanism. Therfore, this research will examine the feasibility of resistive switching device for biosensor application. |
