In this study, we were able to find useful memory properties when the distance between terminals is long using M-st (Mesoporos Silica Titania) and Al parallel electrodes. Using the Al parallel terminal with a wide spacing of 20um, it was possible to confirm a high current of 10^-5 level in I-V curve measurement, Purse measurement, etc. |
