제목 Optimization of KCl treatment on NiO hole transport layer and FAI excessed Triple-cations Perovskite Single Junction and Tandem Solar Cells
초록 Nickel oxides are desirable hole transport layers for perovskite solar cells because of low cost, stable and scalable for large area deposition. However, it has lower open-circuit voltage issues because of electron transfer-proton transfer(ET-PT) mechanism. To solve this matter, we proceeded two paths of optimization simultaneously. First, we have treated on NiO layer by various densities of KCl solutions for interface passivation. Second, we have prepared FAI excessed 2D/3D triple cations perovskites to reduce PbI2-xBrx phases. In this work, we have achieved 18.21 % of PCE from single junction perovskite solar cells with KCl treated NiO and FAI excessed perovskite and 9.41 % of PCE from perovskite/CIGS tandem solar cells.
