제목 Synthesis, characterization and optical property of poly(propylene carbonate) - Zinc oxide nanocomposites
초록 A novel nanocomposites composed of biodegradable poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) and zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles (NPs) was synthesized by a simple method and characterized for the first time. Initially, glycidyl silane was used to introduce the epoxide group onto ZnO surface by silane coupling. The modified ZnO nanoparticles were incorporated in PPC matrices by ring-opening copolymerization of epoxide functional group on the surface of ZnO NPs and propylene oxide (PO) with carbon dioxide (CO2). The materials were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TEM, XPS, TGA and DLS. PL spectroscopy was induced to study the optical property of nanocomposites.
