제목 A Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Method for the Determination of Folic Acid Using the Reaction of Ce(IV) and Sodium Hyposulfite Catalyzed by Gold Nanoparticles
초록 A rapid flow-injection chemiluminescence method (CL-FIA) is proposed for the determination of folic acid (FA). The method is based on the intensified CL intensity of Ce(IV)-Na2S2O4-FA system catalyzed by gold nanoparticles (Au NPs). Au NPs facilitate the radical generations and electron-transfer processes taking place on the surface of the Au NPs and enhanced the intensity of the CL reaction. The CL intensity of the Ce(IV)-Na2S2O4-FA-Au NPs system was increased with FA concentration in the range of 2.3×10-9-8.5×10-7 mol L-1. The limit of detection was found to be 2.7×10-10 mol L-1 with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.5% which can be applied successfully for the determination of folic acid in pharmaceutical and biological samples.
