제목 A facile route for surface functionalization of magnetic nanoparticles by polyethyleneglycol via “Thiol-Ene Click” Michale addition reaction
초록 The magnetic nanoparticles-graft-polyethyleneglycol (MNPs-g-PEG) was synthesized via a facile “Thiol-Ene Click” Michale addition reaction. Thiol functionalized PEG (PEG-SH) was prepared by treating PEG with 3-mercaptopropionic acid to obtain PEGylated 3-mercaptopropionate. The surface of MNPs was initially functionalized by 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS) to introduce double bond onto MNPs surface. The MPTS anchored MNPs were reacted with PEG-SH under ultraviolet irradiation to afford covalently immobilized PEG onto MNPs. The structure, morphology, thermal, and magnetic properties of the magnetic nanocomposites were investigated by FT-IR, XPS, TEM, TGA, and SQUID analyses.
