제목 High performance of gas sensor using melt-electrospun pitch-based carbon fibers with controlled pore structure
초록 High performance gas sensor was manufactured by using activated pitch-based carbon fibers. Pitch based carbon fibers were fabricated by melt-electrospinning and then thermally treated for the stabilization and carbonization. Pitch based carbon fibers were activated by chemical activation process by using potassium hydroxide. The ability of sensing gas was investigated by Keithley 6514 electrometer. In conclusion, the sensibility of gas sensor increased based on higher specific surface area and high conductivity of pitch-based carbon fibers.
