제목 Preparation of Polymer-Molecular sieve Nanocomposites and Their Physical Properties
초록 In this study, polymer-molecular sieve nanocomposites were prepared for enthalpy exchanger materials, using various processes such as solution mixing and electro-spinning techniques and so on. Moisture sorption and physical properties of nano-sized electro-spun composites were investigated. Moisture sorption properties of enthalpy exchanger materials are particularly interesting for indoor air quality control such as temperature, humidity and volatile organic compound, and especially for energy savings. The sorption kinetics of nano-porous composites was examined using Fick’s law. The sorption properties were dependent on the nano-pore size and the surface properties of the nanocomposites. The choice of an appropriate desiccant material depends essentially on moisture sorption capacity, sorption kinetics and amount of thermal energy required for regeneration. The effects of ion exchange of molecular sieves and polymers on sorption properties were also examined.
