Preparation and photocatalytic activity of N-doped TiO2 by microwave assisted method |
| 초록 |
N-doped TiO2 was prepared by microwave assisted method for exploring the visible light photocatalytic activity. The properties of prepared N-doped TiO2 were analyzed by SEM, XPS, XRD. The photocatalytic activity of the N-doped TiO2 was investigated by the removal of toluene gas under the LED visible light. The introduced nitrogen on N-doped TiO2 were increased according to the amount of urea. The photocatalytic activity of 3g urea treated N-doped TiO2 was best of another urea treated N-doped TiO2. The photocatalytic activity of prepared N-doped TiO2 was attributable to the doped of nitrogen anion which may reduce the band gap. |
