Preparation of Poly (Phenylene Sulfide) (PPS) / Poly (2,5-benzimidazole) (ABPBI)grafted Nano-fillers Composite Materials as Engineering Plastic |
| 초록 |
Poly (phenylene sulfide) (PPS) composite materials were prepared by micro-compounding method using nano-fillers such as poly(2,5-benzimidazole) grafted graphene oxide (ABPBI-GO). GO was prepared by Hummers’ method and ABPBI was grafted to the functional groups of GO by using 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid (DABA) and poly (phosphoric acid) (PPA). ABPBI-GO was successfully prepared through the analysis including thermos gravimetric analysis (TGA) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The PPS / ABPBI-GO composite materials were confirmed having increased mechanical properties to pristine when 0.01 wt% of ABPBI-GO was used as a nano-filler for the composite by universal testing machine (UTM). |
