제목 Free standing three dimensional PANI/MoS2/Carbon nanofibrous web electrode for High rate performance supercapacitors.
초록 We fabricate the free-standing MoS2 decorated electrospun carbon nanofibrous web as an active electrode surface with surface loaded PANI nanostructures through the hydrothermal synthesis followed by the polymerization process. Controlling the PANI growth on the hierarchical MoS2 nanoflakes on the carbon fibrous surface promotes the capacitive performances with high durable stability. The optimized 3D network of PANI/MoS2/CNFs expresses the high capacitance of 643.6 F g-1 at the 0.5 A g-1 with excellent rate capability of 85.3% from 0.5 to 20 A g-1. On constructing the free-standing symmetric supercapacitor devices has delivered the excellent rate performances with good cycling stability. The 3D fibrous device has resulted in the specific capacitance of 124.7 F g-1 at the current density of 1 A g-1 and has the cycling stability with the 82.1% retention after 5000 cycles at 5 A g-1.
