Synthesis of Ni material using chelating amine ligand for approaches to the anode electrode in SOFC |
초록 |
Generally anode materials in SOFC also should be maintained thermal and chemical compatibility compared with other component materials in the operating temperature as well as the high temperature. It was strongly deactivated during the operating of SOFC, because of NiO aggregation at high temperature. In this study, we have tried to synthesize the new designed Ni materials with larger surfaces and various morphologies differently the spherical shape, using a chelating amine ligand of urotropine. SEM images revealed perfectly cubic Ni complex nanoparticle of size ranging from 50–200nm in 0.456 mol of urotropine additive. The electrical conductivity of cubic Ni complex (60wt%)-loaded commercial YSZ (40wt%) for application in the SOFC anode was enhanced. |
