제목 SILAR deposited Highly Porous Nickel Hydroxide Nanowalls for High performance Supercapacitor Applications
초록 The present study includes the synthesis of Nickel hydroxide [Ni(OH)2] nanowalls on to 3D conducting Ni foam using successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method. Thereafter, the formation of polycrystalline nickel hydroxide is confirmed by using XRD analysis. The FE-SEM analysis showed the uniform decoration of Ni(OH)2 at lower magnification and at higher magnification clearly seen the highly porous nanowalls of thickness of 10 nm, respectively. The high porosity and surface area of Ni(OH)2 nanowalls exhibits typical pseudocapacitive behavior and high specific capacitance of 1054 F g-1 at a scan rate of 5 mV s-1. The Ni(OH)2 showed the good conductivity, investigated by EIS techniques estimate the ESR value of 1.8 Ω. The Ni(OH)2 electrode achieve an excellent energy density of 40 Wh kg-1 with a power density of 3000 W kg-1. The Ni(OH)2 showed an excellent cycling stability of 89 % after 10000 cycles. 2019년 한국교통대 지원을 받아 수행하였음.
