제목 Synthesis and Characterization of spherical Nickel powders by Modified Solvothermal Process
초록 Nickel powder was prepared under mild temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous ammonium hydroxide. The Nickel was obtained in the temperature range of 190- 250℃ for 6 h. The average size and distribution of synthesized Ni powders was about 500-1000nm and narrow, respectively.  The shape of synthesized Ni powders was almost spherical. The synthesized particles were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, TG-DSC. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the synthesized particles were crystalline.
