Poly-crystalline graphene bridged by conductive materials for transparent conducting electrode |
초록 |
Here, we report the electrical conductance in optically visualized graphene channels with multi domains by aligned liquid crystal (LC) is reduced significantly. Furthermore, we directly observed that low density conductive materials can enhance the electrical properties of graphene film by the connections among the domains in the graphene film facilitated by the conductive materials using optical birefringence. |
