Preparation of N-doped SiO2/TiO2 core/shell nanoparticles as highly efficient visible light photocatalyst |
초록 |
N-doped SiO2/TiO2 core/shell nanoparticles with uniform diameter were fabricated via SiO2 template sol-gel method. In addition, the relationship between the temperature of calcination and photocatalytic efficiency was also investigated in the viewpoint of organic pollutant decomposition. The results indicated that N-doped TiO2 layer was successfully synthesized onto the SiO2 nanoparticles without aggregation. N-doped SiO2/TiO2 core/shell nanoparticles showed highly efficient photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation. It was ascribed to high nitrogen doping level and surface area. |
