제목 Monochromic 4" microencapsulated electrophoretic display driven by an OTFT
초록 An active-matrix microencapsulated electrophoretic display driven by organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) has been developed for the feasibility study of flexible electronic paper. Electrophoretic materials were prepared from the PS coated TiO2 pigment particle for white pigment, and the organic pigment particles for color pigment suspended in a dielectric fluid, and were microencapsulated in polymer membrane spheres. The microcapsules were sandwiched between an organic thin film transistor array and a counter electrode. The resolution of the display is QCIF (Quarter Common Intermediate Forma).
