제목 | Silica-Supported Ionic Liquid Containing Selenium Species for Oxidative Carbonylation of Amines to Urethanes |
초록 | Organic isocyanates (R–NCO) have achieved great commercial importance as chemical intermediates in the manufacture of many useful chemicals. Synthesis of isocyanate via a phosgene-free route has attracted much interest to researchers due to the drawbacks originated from phosgene. Preparing isocyanate by a decomposition method from carbamate is commended as a promising way among the reported non-phosgene routes. As a simplest aryl carbamate, Methyl N-phenyl carbamate (MPC) has been prepared through various methods such as oxidative carbonylation of aniline, reductive carbonylation of nitrobenzene, alcoholysis of 1,3-diphenyl urea, methoxy carboxylation of aniline, and reaction of aniline with methyl carbamate. In this research, we synthesized silica-supported ionic liquid containing selenium species and applied it for the oxidative carbonylation of aniline to MPC. |
