Stamping transfer process has recently been demonstrated to be promising technology to solve the drawbacks of spin coating such as limitation for deposition of large area and specific region and intermixing problem. In this research, we prepared the PEDOT:PSS(P VP AI4083) as the hole transport layer(HTL) on the PEDOT:PSS electrode(PH1000) via stamping transfer with polyurethane acrylate stamp. In order to ensure more stable flexibility of flexible solar cell, we introduced the polystyrene nanoparticles(PS NPs) which can serve as binders and interfacial modifiers. The transfer of the HTL with PS NPs was also performed completely. Furthermore, we prepared the electrode with solvent additive which has high boiling point via stamping transfer. The flexible solar cell fabricated by stamping transfer(6%) exhibits 86% relative efficiency when compared to those of fabricated by spin-coating process. More importantly, we have found improved mechanical stability of device with introduced PS NPs. |
