Synthesis of Ascorbic acid-Peptide derivatives for Inhibition Assay of Cathepsin B |
| 초록 |
Cathepsin B, one of the papain superfamily, is involved in enhancing tumor invasiveness and metastasis. It is also known to play a role in mellanogenesis and activation of tyrosinase. We synthesize ascorbic acid conjugated dipeptide libraries by solid-phase method and investigated their possibilities as inhibitors for cathepsin B. We found some interesting compounds showing promising inhibitory effect (IC50＜100μM) for cathepsin B. |
