The interest in sensitive assays for proteases has increased considerably in the last few years. In this study, we synthesize four BOC-Amino acid-Isoniazids and BOC-DityrosineIsonaizid and investigate kinetic parameters(kcat ,Km, and kcat/Km) of five synthesized molecules about chymotrypsin, subtilisin, pepsin, papain, and thermolysin. A BOC-Dityrosine-Isoniazid has a higher kcat/Km value than other materials about subtilisin, pepsin, papain, and thermolysin. As a result, we will show the possibility that BOC-Dityrosine-(Isoniazid)2 is used for sensitive fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) assays for subtilisin, pepsin, papain, and thermolysin. |
