Reversal Nanoimprint Technique for Ordered Heterojunction (OHJ) Organic Photovoltaic Cells |
초록 |
The morphology of active layers in organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) is critical for their device performances. The bulk heterojunction (BHJ) cells have so far shown the highest efficiency in OPVs. However, the morphology of BHJ cells is difficult to control and undesirable phase separation of the blends could be the major obstacle for improving the efficiency. To overcome these limitations, ordered heterojunction solar cells have been investigated. In this presentation, we have employed the reversal nanoimprint technique based on the rigiflex PFPE (perfluoro polyether) replica molds to fabricate P3HT (poly 3-hexylthiophene) nanopillars as well as nanocavities. High aspect ratio P3HT nanopillar or nanocavite layers in large area were easily prepared since the PFPE rigiflex molds facilitate the conformal contact with P3HT layers. Reversal nanoimprint technique could thus be applied at a relatively low temperature (lower than 120 oC) and a low pressure (less than 4 bar). |
