제목 Synthesis of a novel chlorin derivative from porphyrin for PDT Applications
초록 Since the application of chlorin-type derivatives for photodynamic therapy(PDT) treatment in 1986, a variety of chlorin-based PDT agents involving chlorin e6 and pheophorbide-a have applied for selective and effective destructions of malignant tumours. We have successfully prepared a novel water-soluble chlorin photosensitizer from porphyrin molecules with a built-in triethylene glycol(TEG)-dendron substituent. All compound were fully characterized by using 1H-NMR, MALDI-TOF-MS, UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies. Herein, we report on the details of photophysical properties of chlorin sensitizers made from porphyrin.
