제목 Fabrication and charaterization of hydrophillic poly(vinyl alchol)/poly(ε-caprolactone) blend electrospun mats by multi-jet electrospinning method
초록 Biodegradable electrospun membrane have attracted much attention as scaffold because of their three dimensional structures. But, commonly synthetic biodegradable polymers including poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) are hydrophobic and the electrospun membrane scaffolds with these polymers are lacking the cell affininty.1 In this work, to solve this problem, biodegradable electrospun membranes consisting of poly(vinyl alchol) (PVA) and PCL were prepared to improve hydrophilicity by multi-jet electrospinning. The real composition of PVA/PCL in blend electrospun membranes were determined by thermogravimetric analyzer. The prepared electrospun membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the measurement device of water contact angle. SEM and water contact angle results show that the hydrophilic PVA/PCL blend electrospun membrane have a good wettability.
