Device performance enhancement in polymer solar cells by introducing a water-soluble polyelectrolyte and silver nanopartices |
| 초록 |
We report a performance enhancement in polymer solar cells by introducing water-soluble polyelectrolyte (PE) and Ag nanopartices (NPs). When we introduce a water-soluble polyfluorene polyelectrolyte as an electric field enhancing layer between active layer and cathode, the device exhibits an enhanced performance with increased open-circuit voltage compared with that of the device without the PE layer. In addition, the device shows an enhancement in photocurrent when we insert Ag NPS in the active layer of bulk heterojunction of electron donating P3HT and electron accepting PCBM. |
