Highly efficient printable transparent electrodes for low-cost ITO-free polymer solar cells |
초록 |
Organic Photovoltaics (OPVs) based on the interpenetrating networks of electron acceptor and donor have been the hot research topic in recent year due to their unique advantages such as low-cost manufacturing, light weight and good flexibility. Generally, the indium tin oxide (ITO) is used to be a transparent electrode in OPVs. However, ITO is not an ideal transparent electrode because of the vacuum process and the expensive indium material. Recently, the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) have attracted significant attention as a promising transparent electrode to replace the conventional ITO. However, the pristine PEDOT:PSS is too low conductivity to be a transparent electrode. Herein, we have investigated a hybrid-type transparent electrode based on polymer/metal composites in order to enhance the conductivity of the polymeric electrodes. |
