제목 Charicterization of novel Di-Thiophene-bridged phenazine Polymers for OSCs.
초록 Now a days, the world is faced an important challenge inenvironmental pollution and energy depletion. In order to overcome this crisis,a lot of renewable energy was developed and solar cell is one of them. Amongthem, OSCs has advantages that are simpler to process, easier to mass-produce,and flexible than silicon solar cells. However, polymeric solar cells have the problem of poorcommercialization due to low power conversion efficiency (PCE). A new polymerwas synthesized to improve the PCE.In this study, thiophene functional group and hexyl thiophene functional groupwere compared. The polymer PBDTT-2T-EHPz and PBDTT-H2T-EHPz were synthesized bystile coupling reaction. Maximum absorption spectra of PBDTT-2T-EHPz andPBDTT-H2T-EHPz is 692nm, 589nm in chloroform, and 686nm, 619nm in thin filmstate. The Jsc of each substance is 3.58mA/cm3, 12.54mA/cm3and the Voc is 0.21eV, 0.60ev, and FF is 0.29, 0.38. Due to high Jsc and Voc, PCEwas measured at 0.23%, 2.82%.
