제목 Synthesis and Characterizations of New Low Band gap Polymer Included Dihexyl-2H-Benzimidazole and Carbazole for OPVs
초록 Polymeric solar cells (PSCs) have attracted considerable attention for their great advantages over existing inorganic solar cells. These days, many low bandgap polymers for solar cells were synthesized. Dihexyl-2H-benzimidazole and carbazole were successful OPVs. Novel conjugated polymer PCBBTHBI based on PCDTBT (poly(N-90-heptadecanyl-2,7-carbazole- alt-5,5-(40,70-di-2-thienyl-20,10,30-benzothiadiazole)) was synthesized. The number molecular weight (Mn) of PCBBTHBI was 12.9 kg/mol, and the polydispersity index (PDI) was 2.6. The spectra of the solid films show absorption bands with maximum peaks at 446457nm. Under white light illumination(AM1.5G,100mW/cm2), PCBBTHBIs:PCBM layers showed VOC of 0.130.23V, JSC of 3.525.69mA/cm2, and FF of 0.360.40, giving PCE of 0.210.47%.
