제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane Nanocomposite Films Reinforced with Carboxymethylated Nanocellulose
초록 There is an increasing environmental challenge for polymeric materials and processing systems, including polyurethanes and cellulose, which are currently used in a wide range of applications. For the purpose, we have synthesized a new waterborne polyurethane (WBPU) and have manufactured a series of WBPU-based nanocomposites films reinforced by carboymethylated nanocellulose (CMNC). The molecular structure, morphological features, thermal and mechanical properties of the WBPU/CMNC nanocomposite films are systematically characterized by using FTIR, SEM, DSC, TGA, DMA and tensile tests, and the results are discussed in terms of the CMNC content.
