제목 Microfluidic Synthesis and Applications of Silicon-based Inorganic Polymers
초록 Silicon based inorganic polymers have been concerned at versatile applications due to superior chemical stability to organic based polymers. At first part, we introduce the use of inorganic polymers, polyvinylsilazane and allylhydridopolycarbosilane, for inner surface modification of microchannel to enhance the chemical durability and to immobilize heterogeneous catalyst for microreactor applications. The Si-OH functionality facilitated to load the catalysts (OsO4) and chitosan polymer for a safe and environment friendly microfluidic chemical processes. Secondly, And the self-assembled inorganic-organic block copolymers is attractive for creating well-ordered mesoporous structures at a large scale and facile process. And PVSZ-b-PS and PVSZ-b-PMMA were synthesized and converted to mesoporous ceramic phase after thermal curing and pyrolytic step under inert atmosphere.
