제목 Paper-based colorimetric detection of ​SARS-CoV-2 using RNA switch and loop-mediated isothermal amplification
초록  SARS-CoV-2 infection that causes COVID-19 was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 2020. In 2022, SARS-CoV-2 still threatens humans. As the number of infections increased, a standard diagnostic method, real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR), cannot analyze all samples, so a rapid antigen test that does not require RNA extraction and expert was suggested as an alternative diagnostic method.However, the rapid antigen test can cause false negatives because of its low sensitivity. In this study, we developed a paper-based colorimetric detection method using RNA switch and loop-mediated isothermal amplification, which is fast,accurate and easy to use.
