polymer micro nano strcuture fabriction using reverse offset printing |
초록 |
Enormous price erosion is the biggest issue to electronics industries. A strong market pull towards ever decreasing production costs without sacrificing product performance demands fundamentally new, simple, and inexpensive fabrication methods for electronic components and devices. So many researchers have proposed alternative fabrication methods for changing photolithography technique. One of them, printing methods are leading technology for next generation process for LCD, semiconduntor, and micro devices because of its low-cost and fast process speed. Here in, we describe reverse-offset printing method to fabricate polymer micro or nano structure fabrication which connected with micro-contact printing methods. |
