제목 Electrochemical Properties of Solid Electrolyte with a High Ionic Conductivity for Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cell
초록 We prepared the Ce doped ScSZ-based electrolyte which has a high oxygen conductivity and nano-scale electrolyte materials at intermediate temperature. Dopant ceria not only gives the textural stability of electrolyte compounds but also improves the thermal resistance and redox properties. To evaluate the synthesized CeScSZ powder, Anode-supported unit cells were fabricated by tape-casting and co-sintering techniques. As a result of test, The ionic conductivity of the synthesized CeScSZ powder was about 0.07 Scm-1 at 750℃ and the power density of the SOFC unit cell using the synthesized powder showed 0.93Wcm-2 at 750℃.
