Scailing-up synthetic method of surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes exhibited High Raman intensity and reproducibility |
초록 |
We developed scailing-up synthesis of 60 mg surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes (SERS dots), which is 60 times larger than previous study and have high stability and reproducibility. There are 9 kinds of SERS dots with diverse Raman labeled compounds (RLCs) and its Raman bands can be distinguished from each other, facilitating for simultaneous detection of multiple SERS dots. The high sensitivity of the SERS dots was analyzed a single particle and showed enough sensitivity to detect single particle, and its average enhancement factors are about 1.0 × 105. The SERS dots have great stability for 300 h in buffer solutions (pH 5, 7, and 9) and 600 h in deionized water. |
